- First, go to the official website of Zong-e-Care.
- Enter your Zong Sim number here.
- Enter the characters that are required in a given 2nd box.
- Now, Click on the login section to get access to your own account.
- They will also send you a confirmation Code. Enter this code in a given section.
- You will be redirected automatically to the zong e-Care web page.
